In the advanced process of foot deformities – halluxes valgus, surgical treatment consists in: cutting grew bone on the head and metatarsal bones, removal of inflammatory lesions caused by the pressure of footwear on the toe, correction of hallux valgus and narrowing of the foot.
The operation is carried out under anaesthesia, which guarantees painless of the procedure and use of modern and minimally invasive surgical techniques, shortens or makes it possible to completely waive the use of heavy and uncomfortable plasters after the procedure. This gives the patient more comfort during postoperative convalescence, does not restrict mobility and allows for the implementation of early postoperative rehabilitation.

- diseases related to coagulation disorders causing excessive bleeding, e.g. haemophilia
- immunosuppression through immunosuppressive drugs or HIV infection
- taking blood thinners
- advanced and uncontrolled diabetes
- active infection
- trophic lesions in hand skin
- increased body temperature
- allergy to any anaesthetic drug
- general-health contraindications
- surgery in case of young people with ununited metaphysis of metatarsal bones is contraindicated and requires special consultation with a doctor
